Caustic Soda also known as Sodium hydroxide is a white, deliquescent solid. It is highly hygroscopic and absorbs the moisture, carbon dioxide or sulfur dioxide in the air. Sodium hydroxide is used as an industrial cleaning agent and can dissolve grease, oils, fats and protein-based deposits. Its solution in water used to clean process equipment, storage tanks, waste discharge pipes under sinks and drains in domestic properties. Surfactants can be added to the sodium hydroxide solution in to stabilize dissolved substances and thus prevent redeposition.

Liquid Engine Water Treatment is a balanced mixture of corrosion inhibitors, formulated to give a high nitrite furnish which is becoming a more frequent requirement for the new generation of high efficiency diesel engines. Liquid engine water treatment is used for protecting cooling and heating water systems, also for diesel engine primary and secondary cooling water. It is ideally use in chilled water systems because it forms a clear, non-staining solution, which protects the system from corrosion and hard water scale.

Cold Washer is a heavy duty highly concentrated solvent based clear amber liquid formulated as oil grease emulsifying agent which is safe to be use on most metal surfaces, painted and coated surfaces. Cold Washer is a specialized degreaser and tank cleaner safe for metal, epoxy and zinc silicate coated tank. It can be used as a stripper for all types of waxes and as degreaser where regular cleaners will not perform. Cold Washer is excellent in washing fuel tankers and heavy mineral oils and fats, petroleum products in cargo or storage tank.

AIR COOLER CLEANER is a concentrated liquid solution of aromatic hydrocarbons, powerful surfactants, corrosion inhibitors, strong emulsifiers and penetrating agents formulated to penetrate and remove mineral oils, grease, soot and other deposits from air coolers, turbochargers and scavenging systems in marine engines. Air cooler cleaner in water solution is non-flammable, non-explosive and used for carbon deposits cleaning of machinery parts. It maintains and stabilises air cooler efficiency to maximum levels and can be used for in-service cleaning.

SAF acid is special blend of Sulphamic Acid, a super efficient descaling agent and is used for cleaning a variety of industrial equipment and domestic appliances. SAF acid is formulated for rapid softening, disintegration and dissolving of scales. SAF acid is recommended for removing mineral scale rust from evaporators, heat exchanger, heat transfer surfaces and boilers also it removes excess of nitrides used in the diazotization reactions in the manufacturing of dye stuffs and pigments. SAF Acid is used for stabilizing chlorine in swimming pools and cooling towers.

Ethylene Glycol is a clear, sweet, slightly viscous liquid that boils at 198°C. Its most common use is as an automotive antifreeze and it serve as an excellent coolant in automotive radiators. It has a freezing point of 9 °F (−12.9 °C) and a boiling point of 387 °F (197.3 °C), which makes it an excellent antifreeze. Ethylene glycol is also used as an ingredient in hydraulic fluids, printing inks, and paint solvents.

Aluminum sulfate is a water-soluble white crystalline solid compound with the chemical formula Al2(SO4)3. Aluminium Sulfate is coagulating agent in the purification of drinking water and waste water treatment plants,  pH regulation of garden soil, and other commercial or industrial applications like paper manufacturing, in firefighting foams, and in sewage treatment and water purification.

Aluminum Sulfate Anhydrous is an aluminum salt adsorbs and precipitates protein antigens in solution.It is primarily used as a coagulating agent in minor cuts and abrasions.

Hydrazine Hydrate is commonly used has Oxygen Scavenger in Hp and LP Boiler. The measurement of dissolved oxygen in boiler plants plays a vital role if the plant is to run efficiently and to be cost effective, with minimum down time. Even small quantities of dissolved oxygen in boiler water are capable of causing severe pitting in boilers of all pressures, and will reduce the boiler life dramatically. In boilers where high chloride levels exist, the effect of oxygen corrosion is increased. Therefore, the need to reduce dissolved oxygen content to a very low level is even more important.
