Application
Medium :1% peptone in water. After inoculation with test culture and incubation for 24 hours at 35-37°C . Medium : 0.1% peptone in water. After inoculation with test culture and incubation for 24 hours at 35-37°C.

Bacteriological Peptone is a general purpose growth peptone used for the cultivation of most bacteria, fungi, and some protozoa.

Manufactured from enzymatic digestion of meat; growth promoting nitrogenous nutrient; used as an additive in a variety of culture media.
