Oxygen Scavenger plus is specifically formulated with a catalysed liquid solution of Hydrazine and Diethylhydroxylamine (DEHA). Scale Cleaning chemical for cleaning of boilers / heat exchangers are to prevent tube failures and improve unit availability. Tube failures in low pressure boilers/heat exchangers are normally the results of creep which occurs when internal deposits produce excessive metal temperature. A relatively smaller quantity of deposit creates difficulties in high pressure boilers. After a boiler / heat exchanger placed into service, numerous solid constituents may enter the units with the feed water & some portion of the insolubles can be expected to deposit on surfaces.

BOILER COAGULANT is a liquid sludge conditioner designed to prevent the formation deposits in boilers. Boiler Water sludge is caused by the presence of small quantities of hardness salts and traces of suspended matter in operational steam boilers and feed waters.This sludge settles on the surface forming a hard scale which indirectly increases the maintenance costs, degrades the heat transfer efficiency and overall boiler efficency. Therefore in order to ensure the boiler system and operate at optimum effiency it is essential that correct water conditions are maintained at all times.

Ammonium Bifluoride is white crystalline solid with the formula F2H5N. It is corrosive, non flammable. Ammonium bifluoride will react with water to form hydrofluoric acid. Ammonium bifluoride is used for cleaning and etching of metals before they are further processed. It is used as an oil well acidifier and in the etching of glass or cleaning of brick and ceramics. It may also be used for pH adjustment in industrial textile processing or laundries.

Distilled water is water that has many of its impurities removed through distillation. Distillation involves boiling the water and then condensing the steam into a clean container.
