Isopropyl alcohol (IPA) 99% also called as propan-2-ol or isopropanol is a compound with the chemical formula C3H8O. It is a colorless, flammable chemical compound with a strong odor. It is manufactured for a wide variety of industrial and household uses, and is a common ingredient in chemicals such as antiseptics, and detergents. Isopropyl alcohol is miscible in water, ethanol, ether, and chloroform. The largest use for isopropyl alcohol is as a solvent and usually as a cleaner.

Isobutanol also known as 2-Methylpropan-1-ol is an organic compound with the formula  (CH3)2CHCH2OH. It is colorless, flammable liquid with a characteristic smell is mainly used as a solvent. it is used in the production of lacquer and coatings, and in the food industry as a flavoring agent.
